Hitchcock and Associates employs highly-skilled and experienced Australian Registered Migration Agents. Drawing upon over 120 years of collective experience, our team are dedicated to delivering visa solutions to our corporate and individual clients. More than 1,000 clients access our firm for advice, case presentation and lodgement with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) each year.
As with most things, our level of professional experience comes at a price.
At Hitchcock and Associates, brief enquiries usually do not incur a fee.
However, the cost of an hour-long, obligation free initial assessment or consultation (either in person, via email or over the telephone) is AUD$250.00 (onshore) and AUD$350.00 (offshore). These consultations are conducted by the Australian Registered Migration Agents of the firm. Sometimes we have lower consultation fees when our senior consultants are travelling overseas seeing multiple clients.
Each individual case for migration to Australia is unique. At Hitchcock and Associates, our fee schedule is structured to address the individual circumstances and requirements of each case.
Our professional fees range from AUD$500.00 to AUD$14,000.00, largely dictated by the relevant visa subclass and the scope of work involved in processing the stages of the applications themselves.
Our professional fees are billed progressively across the processing stages of the case: traditionally On Acceptance of Assignment, On Lodgement of Visa Application, and occasionally Upon Visa Issue. Fee payment can be made by cash, cheque, money order or credit card.
The overall average application fee paid directly to DIAC ranges between AUD$70.00 and AUD$4000.00 for migration applications. This is a basic guideline as the fees themselves may include English Language tests, statutory funds transfer requirements and other payments meeting the requirements of a specific subclass application. This fee, which can also be made by credit card, is not included as part of our professional fees and is a statutory fee associated with the lodgement of applications to DIAC themselves.
There are 148 different visa categories, some of which lead to Permanent Resident status. We cannot mutually agree on a fee for processing an individual case until we possess a clear understanding of the issues involved (i.e: family disposition, security, character and health issues) which will guide the scope and strategy to be taken.
