Australian Business Sponsorships are obtained by companies that wish to employ skilled people from offshore for a period of up to 4 years.
The process is conducted over three stages: business sponsorship, nomination of position and visa application, all of which may be lodged simultaneously in some circumstances. PERMANENT SPONSORSHIPPermanent Sponsorship of an employee or migrant is used by businesses that require the skills of a person on a permanent basis.
The process is conducted over two stages: nomination of the position and visa application, which again, can be lodged simultaneously. Different types of Permanent Business Sponsorship include:
- Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS)
- Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS)
