About the Firm

Hitchcock and Associates was founded in 1987 by Neil Hitchcock who was formerly a senior policy official with the Australian Department of Immigration in Canberra. It has grown and developed over the years to become a landmark firm in the immigration advice industry in Australia.

The firm provides high quality, professional advice and service to clients wishing to access Australian visas and related services. From initial assessments to the processing and lodgement of applications, our staff ensure the process of migration is a smooth one.

Our immigration consultants are all Australian Registered Migration Agents under the provisions of Australian Government immigration regulations and must abide by a strict Code of Conduct administered by the Australian Migration Agents Registration Authority. It is illegal in Australia to provide migration advice and assistance without registration. Heavy penalties apply to people who give advice and are not registered.

We have a team of skilled, experienced, registered consultants from a variety of backgrounds. We embrace a culture founded on four values:

  • Service
  • Empathy
  • Dedication
  • Communication
We remain consistently focused on our core values in delivering visa solutions. Peace of mind for clients comes from being able to leave their migration needs in the hands of a trusted professional. We have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience in this team over 20 years, enabling us to advise and assist on a wide range of visa matters in a thorough comprehensive, and client caring manner.

In January 2007, Hitchcock and Associates established a representative office in Ning Bo, an industrial port city south of Shanghai in China. Joining our Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, London and Canada offices, our China office will specialise mainly in business and skilled visas.Throughout the Hitchcock Group we are able to communicate with clients in a variety of languages including Mandarin, Cantonese, Hungarian, Serbian / Croatian / Bosnian, Afrikaans, Italian, Spanish, French and German. As a professional firm we charge our clients fees for the work we do for them.

Our knowledge and experience can be accessed through our consulting and assessment services, as well as when we act for a client in more comprehensive terms.

Hitchcock and Associates is also part of a large referral network for legal, financial and recruitment matters. Should you require further information or assistance in this regard, please do not hesitate to contact us at immigration@hitchcock.com.au.
