Bill was born and educated in Sydney. He was awarded the degree of Bachelor of Science (Industrial Chemistry) in 1963 from the University of New South Wales.

He joined Hitchcock and Associates in 1993 where he is now a Senior Consultant. Bill is a Registered Migration Agent, a member of the Migration Institute of Australia, and a Justice of the Peace in New South Wales (Registration Number 122027).

He has considerable experience in consulting with individual clients and companies in all aspects of Australian Immigration Regulations, with particular specialisation in:

  • Citizenship

Prior to joining Hitchcock and Associates, Bill was:
